We stayed here one night. Loved the heated floors in our spacious two room suite with two kids. We also flew with Royal Balloons. Martha Stewart flew with them too. Check out her YouTube video. Highly recommend Royal Balloons!

I lost my credit card and debit card flying around the city on a bike. Every western union was closed near and far. I felt like they tended to my needs to the fullest and helped me find a western union in Istanbul at the airport. Thank you and definitely stay here.

too cold to stay. Freezing during the shower. It takes long time to warm up the room and get the hot water. But the step is very kind, food is enough to eat and delicious. amanities are good.

A view from the top. These people are amazing. Very professional staff and competent pilots. Felt very safe the entire trip. Breakfast before the flight is included. The food was okay. By no means great. They had run out of just about everything when we arrived so either get there early or expect to be disappointed. Since I was not expecting breakfast I am not considering it in my review. The sites along the way are amazing. Words can't really explain the experience of seeing the unique land formations below. So quiet and refreshing. The blasts from the gas nozzles keep you toasty warm. Champagne after the flight top off a great morning with memories for a lifetime.
