Beautiful, friendly and relaxed hotel. We arrived at 9am before check in to drop off our bags after all night on a coach and they were so helpful, let us shower, refresh and change and gave us a quick snack before we headed out for the day. The hotel is very new, stays cool and has a beautiful rooftop dining room for breakfast which is fantastic as well. Cannot recommend enough.

Hay cosas importantes cuando viajas, como la situación del hotel, la modernidad de la instalaciones, la limpieza general, un buen baño, una buena cama con buenas almohadas, que disponga de aire acondicionado, servicio de lavandería, una buena señal wifi en el hotel y en la habitaciones y buenos desayunos y comidas entre otros. Pues todo esto lo tiene Osmanli Manor Hotel, ha sido el mejor hotel de los 8 que he reservado en Turquía. La relación de calidad y trato recibido con el precio es más que excelente. No obstante, lo más importante para nosotros cuando viajamos (aparte de una buena calidad de Wifi para comunicarme con mi familia) es la atención por parte de los dueños del hotel, pues en este caso ha sido una atención excelente en todo momento por parte de los anfitriones, tanto de Mustafa como de Fiona, que te hacen sentir como si estuvieses es tu casa y fueras de su familia. Además antes de ir a Turquía nos contestaron a los emails que les enviamos sobre dudas que teníamos así como para reservar actividades y nos atendieron siempre de una forma eficaz. Me reservaron un servicio de shuttle desde kayseri airport hasta su hotel a buen precio, varios Tours por Capadocia y el viaje en Globo aerostático, que además nos salió más barato que si lo hubiéramos reservado en las agencias de la zona y otras actividades. Nos resolvieron todas las dudas y no necesitamos alquilar coche. Por cierto los desayunos, comidas y cenas son excelentes y de precio asequible os los recomendamos. Os informo que el hotel no está en el centro de Göreme, está a 8 minutos caminando ya que Göreme es pequeño y en 15 minutos lo recorres entero, pero eso es bueno ya que a las 430 de la noche se ponen en marcha las agencias de los Globos y el centro del pueblo es muy ruidoso a esa hora por ello. Os tengo que decir que no es un hotel cueva, pero la verdad es que no teníamos mucho interés en alojarnos en un hotel de este tipo, ya que soy alérgico y la humedad de la cueva y el polvo que desprenden las pareces no me sienta bien, unos amigos estuvieron en un hotel los mismos días que nosotros y tampoco les pareció gran cosa. Os lo recomendamos al 100 % para visitar Capadocia y descansar.
