If you want to have only some drinks and mezes after you eat dinner, that would be ok. But if you go there for a dinner then you will be hungry. They serv 300gr steak slices for 4 persons. Without asking how to cook. It can be served rare. Whatever if you like or not. You can call there as dietary restaurant.

Having been born and raised in Istanbul to a family of extraordinary cooks plus having the privilege of furthering my taste with the best chefs in the world, I am always short of recommendations when it comes to a world-class restaurant in Istanbul. Yes, we have Sunset and Ulus 29 and we have Mikla, Vogue and X, then there is Kiyi and Sabahattin and undoubtedly they are all beautiful in their own ways. The views are to die for, the service is always reliable and the food is consistently above average. Over the last 5-7 years, the new wave of restaurants in Istanbul are the Cezayir, Munferit, Lokanta Maya and Nicole's of the city. But then there is Duble Meze. An all around 5 star venue with superior service and the best of Turkish food to taste. Here there is no pretentiousness, what you find is the best of meze culture, and a perfect alignment with the small plate trend that has taken the cosmopolitan cities around the world. One gets to taste over 10 different tastes all at the same time, all one more well done then the next, with owners that are humble, hard working and true to their heritage. If you are in Istanbul you cannot miss DUBLE MEZE for a true Turkish night out.
