I have tried to communicate with you openly regarding the incident that resulted in me being assaulted, because it was wrong and people need to know when things are unacceptable. If I were to walk away and say nothing ? That is not correct and gives the impression that these behaviours are ok, and they can go on and repeat them for the future. If this were your daughter, mother or wife I am sure you would expect the matter to be taken seriously.
If I have understood your last reply correctly you seem to have decided that I am not telling the truth and thrown lots of subjective reasons into justifying why that is. Of course you are trying to protect your staff. I can imagine you have all discussed the matter together and convinced yourselves "she is a silly foreign woman just upset that things have not worked out"
I want to be absolutely clear with you. This is not the case and I take pride in my level of integrity, honesty and ability to be objective. I don't wish anyone any harm in this, only recognition the assault it happened and I suffered as a result.
This is very simple, violence towards another person is never acceptable .....under any circumstances!!!! I would hope Turkish people hold the same values.
I am mature enough, experienced and educated to see that you are trying to discredit me as a person who has been upset by your staff on an an emotional level and therefore have reason to pursue a false allegation ........that is absolutely not true. Why would I do that? To achieve what?
I was physically assaulted, "inside" your shop before you arrived that day, you later saw me "outside" when you arrived. Both of your staff are aware I stepped into your shop so to tell me I am not telling the truth when you were not there to witness it is in my opinion not a fair judgement. Of course your staff are not going to tell you they would be frightened to be at risk of losing their jobs.
I find it hard to believe that the focus has been put on me and blame trying to be put on my shoulder. At no point do you seem to be concerned as to what happened to me, which as an owner I thought you would be.
I would like to mutually resolve this matter and move on.
Any potential allegations from Ahmet to me should be dealt with separately and I am happy to discuss and clarify those issues but not publicly here. I am also happy to discuss matters with you outside of this forum.
Kind Regards

I appreciate your reply thankyou very much
I have made official translation to English
However I think there has been a misunderstanding this was a professional review to you I am not sure why you have mentioned a relationship, as I am reviewing your staff, there has definitely been a mix up here
I write on your website because :
-I am a business woman and I know how important feedback is
- it helps improve your business
The incident I referred to happened inside your shop
I was hit and pushed by your worker Ahmet
As a boss I am sure you don't want this image and reputation of staff "lashing out" and having a short temper
If this happened with a member of my team I would have to investigate what happened and then decide on what action was to be taken against that employee
You have not asked for any more detail from me which seems you have spoken to your employee and made a one sided decision " go and seek legal redress"... that is an option of course. But how do you know what has happened ? And is that really a reasonable response to a customer
Do you have CCTV cameras there that can show what happened?
However I would have thought you should understand what has happened
To be hit by a person and told to fxxk off is totally unacceptable particularly as I am a customer of yours
I hope you will reconsider your response to me
Kind Regards
