AEGEAN YACHT has been BUILDING, BUYING & SELLING,CHARTERING, MANAGING & REFITTING YACHTS since 1976.

Hikayemiz

The initiator and the director of the company is Mr. Sinan Ozer with a yachting experience of over 35 years in the area.

The main base of the company is in the historic port of BODRUM the ancient Halicarnassos.

The company owns a fleet of crewed yachts at the Turkish Coast & specializes in steel yacht building.

AEGEAN YACHT has been designing, building and selling turn key yachts since 1978. The company takes great pride in their design capability and style, experienced workmanship and engineering.

So far the company has completed yachts from 16 to 57 meters LOA, most of which have been exported many world destinations.


AEGEAN YACHT has a sound and conservative financial backbone. In the last 20 years the company has grown and diversified creating specialized companies.

These are;

1. Aegean Yacht Services Inc. Owns all assets at sea. These are yachts ranging from 18 to 45 meters LOA.

2. Aegean Yachtbuilders Inc. Builds yachts, owns all production equipment at the existing boatyard in Bodrum. All activities regarding boatbuilding , boatyard services & brokerage are within this section.

3. EGE TERSANE INC.: A drydock, winterising & refit area of around 20.000 m2 in Oren Bodrum offering all boatyard facilities.

4. Aegean Yacht Charters Inc. Manages the above fleet plus 30 more yachts belonging to different owners. Class A travel agency and licenced charter fleet operator. Operates yachts and small cruise vessels for well known international tour operators like Thomson Holidays, Gulet Touropa Touristik, TUI and Magic Life Group.

5. Teknoege Marine Equipment Inc. One of the largest marine equipment store in our area with an extensive stock at two retail outlets in the main harbour and the marina.

6. Teknomarin Marine Equipment Inc. A well stocked yacht chandlery at the busy Bodrum boatyard area.

Apart from being the most integrated yachting group in Turkey the company has diversified into land development and construction

7. Aegean Construction and Property Services Inc. This company has built a substantial number of houses and villas,operated as contractors in several hotel projects since 1989. The company also owns the well known LVZZ HOTEL & several premium lands in or around the Bodrum area.
