Hikayemiz

Department of Sociology at the University of Uludağ is committed to providing undergraduate and graduate education for more than twenty years. The pedagogical approach of the department conveys a deep-seated sense of tolerance, an acute awareness of multi-disciplinary sociological curricular requirements of contemporary global world and actively promotes students' engagement in the -often cryiptical- academic language and literature. Putting the emphasis on non-biased grappling with all things human, the department aims to grow into one of the major social sciences centers of Turkey in less than a decade.
