Ruth Lockwood is the owner of this well known gallery, housed in a beautifully restored traditional Turkish cave home, just a few minutes walk from the tourist centre of Goreme in Turkey. With nearly 3 decades of expertise she has sourced a comprehensive range of new and antique pile carpets, tribal weaving, overstuffed cushions, ikats and textiles from Turkey and Central Asia.

Ruth's use of bold kilims and primitive nomadic trappings creates a welcoming and relaxed space for you to view, learn, explore and purchase your own individual piece of Turkish weaving tradition.
