Belle vue sur la mer et accès à la plage immédiat. Cote restauration, c'est une cantine, bondée où le personnel est débordé. La nourriture est très moyenne (pas raffinée, probablement du surgelé) Les chambres ne sont pas très propres et le mobilier vétuste. Ce lieu est plus pour les enfants que seulement pour des adultes. L'accès à Internet n'est disponible que dans le hall...

Old-styled, old-fashioned and just old. Staff is pretty polite but doesn't do its best. Catering is not so bad although it could be better. Furthermore, there are always lots of Russians that mostly behave very loudly and impolitely.

We were booked in here 02-10Sept 16 after Travel Republic changed our hotel the day before we flew to Crete. It's rubbish, old, rooms are tired, dining area of a cafeteria, food was terrible could only eat there once then went out to local tavernas. Not recommended at all.

The view and location are beautiful. Everything else is terrible. The beds feel like stiff trampolines and were awful to sleep on. The "complimentary wifi" is only in the lobby and didn't work half the time. The air conditioner barely worked. Everything was old, deteriorating, and had clearly been poorly repaired many times. The shower was dirty and crummy, and had little water pressure. The sink was disgusting. To top it off, we lost all power and water the first night we were there. There was no apology from the staff, just "oh, it'll probably be on later today." I wasn't expecting a resort, but I've stayed in hostels, and this was a far worse experience. This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed at.

The worst hotel I have ever seen. The manager Theodoros finally will close the business of the hotel owners with his terrible attitude with the clients. He is asking for the money only, nothing else. PLAY FAR FROM THIS HOTEL AVOID IT. ONLY THE BEAUTIFUL SEASIDE at THE HOTEL WITH EXTRA PAYMENT FOR SUNBEDS.
