First Turkish coffee which cooked in coffee cup is submitted by Sedir Family Tea Garden.After researches,Sedir Family Tea Garden has prepared a book about Turkish coffee which cooked in bookshops.)

From 2000 years until this days,Coffee which cooked in coffee cup is popular in Coffee Houses around Hisar Mosque.Lost of people are interested in origin of Coffee which cooked in coffee cup and who is first implementers,frequenters are.

The first implementers of Coffee which cooked in coffee cup is Salih and Mehmet(Brothers) who are from Van ,Turkey in Sedir Family Tea Garden in Bidayet Public Housen.They had cooked first coffee in their place where is neighbour to National Library down multilevel parking garage in 1982 .Between 1987-1994 they moved to Uyal Office Building at 865 Street,and then between 1994-2005 they served Kemal Peker Market at number 31/102.
And year of 2005,Sedir Tea Garden in Bidayet Public House has opened by them .Year of 1995-1996 Aydın Akyüz who was working with Kartal Brothers has cooked this coffee in Şükrü Coffee House,stared to work Bayciğit in Hisarönü .After all researches The frist implementers of Coffee which cooked in coffee cup is Salih and Mehmet.
