The Ottoman Empire was founded by Veteran Osman I in 1299. The Ottoman Empire has lived more than 600 years under the reign of Ottoman Dynasty Family as "Devlet-i Aliye-i Osmaniyye" (The Sublime Ottoman State). With the outbreak of World War I , the Ottoman Empire came to an end. Turkish Republic was founded in 1923 by Veteran Mustafa Kemal.
On 3 March 1924, in accordance with the law no.431 all Ottoman Dynasty Family Members sent out of Turkey.
In 1952, with the law of Grand National Assembly of Turkey, Ottoman Dynasty's female members and children returned to Turkey.
In 1974, with the approval of Grand National Assembly of Turkey and Senate of Republic, male members of Ottoman Dynasty Family returned to Turkey.
In this historical line from year 1924 to today, Ottoman Dynasty Family members have lived in different countries of the world.
Ottoman Dynasty Family members are grand children of Veteran Osman I. They are Turkish and Muslim. And the ones who returned to their homeland have been Turkish Republic Citizens.
Ottoman Dynasty Foundation has founded on the purpose of support to Ottoman Dynasty Family Members who live in abroad on coming back to their homeland, support and help them to become Turkish citizens at any way.

Our Goals:

1) To provide the communication, interaction and cooperation between the members of the families in the dynasty and to help those who are in need both materially and morally.

2) To make suggestions those who live in abroad on coming back to their homeland, support and help them to become Turkish citizens at any way.

3) To present Turkey to those living in abroad, to make publications and tours. To help them to learn Turkish language and Turkish cultural values.

4) To bring the corpes or tombs of the family members who passed away in abroad to Turkey. To make the funerals in accordance with the Turkish codes by getting the necessary permission from the relevant authorities.

5) To make academic studies on Ottoman civilization and history, to establish institutions and make publications.

6) To protect Ottoman culture, tradition and values of the dynasty family.

7) To update the family tree.

8) To hold meetings in order to keep the family ties close.

9) To organize events in order to realize the goals of the foundation.

10) To make the volunteer members of the dynasty family to become trustee members of the foundation according to the approval of the board of trustees.

من عام 1924 اسرة حاكمة بلا وطن

اسست الدولة العثمانية في عام 1299م على يدعثمان غازي, لقد عاش الدولة الامبراطوريةاكثر من600سنةعلى الايداالاسرة الحاكمة
وقد انتهت مدة الدولةبعد الحرب العالمية الاولى,ثم اسست مكانه جمهورية تركيا بقيادغازي مصطفى كمال,في3مارس1924قرر البرلمان
باصدار قانون رقم 431الابتعاد جميع الاسرة الحاكمةالى خارج الحدود التركية ,في عام 1957 اصدر قرار من البرلمان ستسمح لنساء
واطفال الاسرة الحاكمة بالعودة الى ارض الوطن,وفي عام1974م قرر البرلمان التركي السماح للاسرة الحاكمة الرجوع الى ديارها

وفي سير هذه المدة من تاريخ 1924الى يومنا هاذا التي كانت مدته 86عام قد حاول افراد الاسرة الحاكمة العيش والصمود في مختلف انحاء العالم

قد ينتسب افرادالاسرة الحاكمة الى عثمان غازي من ديانة اسلامية وتركي القومية ,والذين قد رجعوالى بلادهم حازوا الجنسية التركية
ومن اسباب انشاء هذا الوقف التسهيل لمن يرغب من الاسرة الحاكمةالرجوع الى بلاده وتكوين الالفة بين العائلة

هدفنا:
1-انشاء صلة التعاون والمعرفة داخل الاسرة وتمديد يد الخير ماديا ومعنويا
2-تسهيل ومساعدة الامور لمن يرغب في دخولهم من الخارج لجمهورية تركيا وانتسابهم للجنسية
3-تعرف الجمهورية النركية من ناحية السياحةوالثقافة وتدريبهم في تعلم اللغةاللذين ياتون من الخارج
4-تمديد المساعدات لنقل جثمان المتوفين من خارج البلد الى الاراضي التركية بحسب قوانين الجمهورية التركية
5-بحث وعمل دراسات عن تاريخ الدولةالعثمانية وتكوين اخصا ئيات ونشر اعلاميات صحيحة في تاريخ الدولة العثمانية
6-حفظ ثقافة وقيم الاسرة الحاكمة وارشادهم بها
7-تثبيت نسب الاسرة الاحاكمة
8-للحفاظ على حيوية العائلة عمل نشاطات وندوات بينهم
9-من اجل تعزيز اهداف العائلة عمل نشاطات
10-الافراد اللذين لم ينتسبوا في بداية تاسيس الوقف من العائلة, يتم انتسابهم بعد التحقيق من هيئة الوقف في طلب الرغبة للوقف
