The Orient Hostel is situated on the hillside in Sultanahmet, located a few minutes walk from tourist favourites Topkapi Palace, The Blue Mosque and Haghia Sophia. The Orient offers cheap, clean accommodation ranging from dorm rooms to private rooms with either shared or private bathrooms. Our attentive and helpful staff, make you welcome with a friendly atmosphere and fun belly-dancing and water-pipe (hookah) nights in the terrace café-restaurant during the high season.

Other attractions within 20minutes walk from the Orient include The Basilica Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Spice Market, Hippodrome and Cemberlitas as well as numerous museums. Handy and easy to use trams and metro services are also close by.

The Orient Hostel offers its unique in-house travel agency who will be pleased to organize local tours around Istanbul as well as travel and accommodation arrangements around Turkey. The qualified staff will be able to tailor an itinerary that fits your time and budget requirements.
