Hikayemiz

Önderler, 1980 yılından günümüze kadar, Bodrum ve Milas çevresinde inşa edilen turistik tesislerin ve konut inşaatlarının yapımı aşamasında tedarikçi firma olarak faaliyetlerini sürdürmektedir. Şirket, kurulduğu günden bugüne bölgenin büyüyen inşaat sektöründe hizmet kalitesini, güvenli ve dürüst çalışma prensiplerini ön plana çıkararak, kısa sürede sektöründe ön sıralarda yer almayı başarmıştır.

Kurulduğu günden sonra uzun yıllar Milas ve Bodrum çevresinde inşaat malzemeleri satış ve pazarlaması yapan firma, 1993 yılında faaliyetlerini tek bir çatı altında toplamış ve “Önderler İnş. Taah. San. Tic. Tur. ve Paz. A.Ş.” kurmuştur. Firma 1997 yılında ise Bodrum-Ortakent Yalısı'ndaki, denize sıfır konumdaki, 4 yıldızlı, 320 yataklı “Önderhan Hotel”i inşa ederek, turizm sektörünün hizmetine sunmuştur. “Önderhan Hotel” bugün hala “Fransız Tatil Köyü” olarak hizmet vermektedir.

Önderler, 2005 yılında ise Konacık-Bodrum’da bulunan Önderler Yapı Market’i Bodrum inşaat sektörünün hizmetine sunmuştur. Daha sonra, 2009 yılında ise, sahibi olduğu bu arazi üzerinde halen faaliyet gösteren, Koçtaş, Teknosa ve West Marine mağazalarından oluşan, AVM projesini gerçekleştirmiştir. “Önderler Yapı Market”te yaklaşık 20 bin çeşit ürünün yanı sıra; demir, çimento, tuğla, asmolen, kum, çakıl, bims blok, gazbeton, profil, köşebent, NPI, NPU, çelik hasır, çelik kalıp, çelik iskele, sunta, kereste, MDF, OSB, playwood gibi kaba inşaat malzemelerinin toptan ve perakende satışı en uygun fiyat ve ödeme koşullarıyla yapılmaktadır.

Firma 2011 yılından itibaren “Önderler Yapı Market” ve “Vitra - Artema - Hüppe Showroom” faaliyetlerine yeni kurulan “Önderler Konut ve Yapı Malz. Paz. İnş. Nak. A.Ş.” isimli şirket bünyesinde devam etmektedir.




Since 1980, Önderler continues to be the pioneer supplier of Bodrum and Milas area. The firm continues providing the required materials for the making process of the residental constructions and also the constructions of tourist facilities. Bringing its qualified service and working principle forward since it was founded, the firm succeeded to be ranked first among the other suppliers of the region in a short time.

Since it was founded, the firm has been doing sales and marketing of the constructional materials around Milas and Bodrum. And after long years, in 1993, the firm decided to gather its activities in a single company, and founded the company named as “Önderler İnş. Taah. San. Tic. Tur. ve Paz. A.Ş.”. The firm established a hotel in 1997 also, at a beautiful spot at Ortakent - Bodrum; this seafront four starred hotel called as “Önderhan Hotel” still continues giving service to the customers as French Holiday Resort.

And finally in 2005, Önderler has founded Önderler Yapi Market located in Konacik – Bodrum, where the sector easily can find all the required materials for the constructional works. After couple of years, the firm established another shopping mall which is still active. At this shopping mall there are leader brands like Koçtaş, Teknosa and West Marine to provide what the customers need at the constructional works. Customers can find around 20 thousand of different materials with different brands at the constructional market as well as at the shopping mall. Constructional materials to be found at these stores include different materials such are; iron, cement, bricks, hollow blocks, sand, gravel, bims block, gas concrete, profile, angle trim, NPI, NPU, steel mesh, steel form, steel works, chipboard, sawn timber, MDF, OSB, playwood. All these constructional materials are on wholesale and retail sale with suitable prices and conditions.

Since 2011, the firm continues its activities of “Önderler Yapı Market” and “Vitra - Artema - Hüppe Showroom”, within the new founded company called “Önderler Konut ve Yapı Malz. Paz. İnş. Nak. A.Ş.”.
