Нас встретили прохладительным напитком, а в холодильнике ждала тарелочка с фруктами, и бутылка воды. Очень радушные и доброжелательные хозяева. Уютная квартира, нам досталась на втором этаже. С видом во двор. Был свой балкончик, там мы завтракали, обедали и ужинали с удовольствием. Кухня совмещена с гостиной, и отдельная спальня, полноценная ванна. Был телевизор, не пользовались. Сейфом не пользовались. Не чего не украли, техника лежала на столе. Здесь не воруют. Убиралась каждый день. Все было чисто. Полотенца меняли каждый день. На пляж брали своё. Кондиционер не пригодился. Обходились вентилятором на потолке. Мебель не новая, но не ушатана. Рядом много ресторанчиков, баров, дискотек, магазинов, и две пекарни. До пляжей можно дойти пешком. Не до всех. Шум от дискотек спать не мешали, спали с открытой дверью на балкон, комаров нет. Кухня оборудована посудой для готовки, и обеда, если чего то не хватает можно попросить. Моющее средство, полотенце и губка были. Ножи и доску мы брали свою, наша кухня этим не оборудованна. Переодически нам приносили фрукты. Ребёнка они баловали постоянно, то конфетами, то фруктами. Wi-Fi хороший. Из минусов платный кондиционер, и сейф. Слабый напор горячей воды, пока приноровишься.

The best cleaning service ever met! Every day the room was cleaned, new towels, dishes washed and all sorts of suprises. The staff is so friendly that makes you feel like home. We got an apartament and we had a lovely balcony were we ate in the morning. The place is 2 minute away from the center. Thank you for a beautiful holiday and for everything😀☀️

It is a hotel where you feel like at home, thanks to the owners and the staff, who treat tourists like the family members! Thanks and respect for Andreas & comp! The rooms are comfortable, very clean, cleaning daily, the towels changing daily and the location is also very good, close to the center and circulated and comercial areas. A single minus is related to the fact that the hotel is near a club, where, of course, music and especially Bacchus' youngsters, make sometimes big noise and it's difficult to sleep. But the hotel has even quieter rooms for those who are not party people! We felt really good and we will definitely come back!

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel !! 1- chambre infesté de blattes !!3 blattes par jours dans la chambre ! 2- le responsable vous considère comme un vulgaire portefeuille à pattes ! 3- chambres négligées les draps dégueulasse zéro propreté ! Zéro confort 4-aucune insonorisation si vous comptez vous reposer fuyez ! 5- les femmes de ménage viennent vous réveiller ! 6- les blattes toujours les blattes l'hôtel devrait s'appeler blatte hôtel ! 7- c'est quand même aberrant de devoir vérifier chaque recoins de la chambre à chaque fois que nous rentrons dans la chambre ! 8 - pas de tv dans la chambre 9- pas de balcon le propriétaire nous a affirmé que les balcons c'est uniquement les chambres simples ce qui est totalement faux ! 10- le ménage n' a pas été fait un jour 11- ne demandez pas au propriétaire de vous appeler un taxi au risque de vous retrouvez en panne en plein milieu de l'autoroute et de rater votre vol ! 12- cet hôtel m'a vraiment dégoûté de Chypre En conclusion je ne reviendrais plus jamais dans cet endroit. Je recommande cet hôtel uniquement au personnes amoureuse des insectes notamment des blattes! Cet hôtel mérite aucune étoiles De la pure arnaque !!

I went there in July with 4 other lads and it was great. It is a great place to stay because it is so close to the strip and the staff are really nice people, the cleaners are great I am going to go back soon and chose this place to stay again. I recommend it to anyone who wants to go to ayia napa. 5 star!!!
