Metto una stella perchè non posso per meno.
Non rispetto gli orari del programma e anche quello che dicono cambia sempre.
Il personale è maleducato e scontroso.
Sconsiglio vivamente questa agenzia di viaggi, tra l'altro non per scelta nostra.
Mi spiego, abbiamo prenotato un tour dal sito di Alaturka, da quello che ho sentito la più grande agenzia della Turchia la quale ha diversi collaboratori e filiali.
Per il nostro tour da Goreme a Pammukkale siamo stati affidati a questa agenzia.
Abbiamo pagato per questo tour per stare tranquilli e non pensare all'organizzazione ma abbiamo avuto più preoccupazioni che altro.
Il primo problema nasce quando ci consegnano i biglietti del bus che sarebbe partito alle 22:00 e dicendoci di dirigerci a piedi verso la fermata, quando nella conferma del programma era indicato che il bus sarebbe partito per le ore 20:00 con incluso pick up dall'hotel.
Dopo qualche email abbiamo risolto il problema e chiarito la questione.
Dopo quasi 10 ore di autobus, siamo stati scaricati a una stazione di benzina a Denizli, chiediamo informazioni al personale del bus ma nessuno parla inglese.
Dopo alcuni minuti, viene un autista a prenderci, la cui guida molto spericolata ha fatto guastare il motore dell'auto causandone la fuori uscita di fumo.
Scendiamo e veniamo trasportati in un pick up di quello che penso fosse il meccanico.
Arrivati all'agenzia ci informano che il tour sarebbe iniziato alla 09:30 e che non avevamo l'alloggio per poterci riposare e lavare.
Nel programma il nostro tour iniziava alla ore 12:00 ed era inclusa una stanza da hotel per lavarci e riposarci.
Per fortuna avevo una copia del programma stampato, mostrandolo all'addetto è rimasto sorpreso anche lui .... ma comunicate fra di voi ?  
Di fretta e furia andiamo in un hotel e mangiamo di fretta alla colazione.
Partiamo per il tour Pammukale e Hierapolis.
Forse l'unica cosa bella di questo tour.
Al rientro ci lasciano in agenzia dove ritiriamo i nostri bagagli.
La guida ci dice che il bus verrà a prenderci alle 16:30 (il programma diceva alle 16:00), mezz'ora non avrebbe cambiato di molto.
Alle 16:40 non vediamo passare nessuno, di solito i Turchi sono molto puntuali.
Chiediamo informazioni a un altro agente di viaggio (erano circa 4 persone in quell'ufficio), mi risponde che l'orario del pick up era dalle 16:30 alle 16:50.
Aspettiamo, alle 17:15 ancora nessuno si presenta, la mia amica chiede informazioni a un altro signore, la quale risponde in modo molto scocciato, forse perchè stavamo interrompendo la visione del suo telefilm o perchè stava mangiando (invece che lavorare), che sarebbero arrivati alle 17:30, che per il nostro bene ha scelto un bus più veloce (scopriremo che è una menzogna, sempre tre ore di viaggio rimangono e se parto due ore dopo è sempre più tempo).
Di fatto ci davano orari sempre diversi da persone nella stessa stanza.
Organizzazione ZERO.

Please give your two minutes and read:
As I understood, they are the local agent for Nevsehir Seyahat bus company in Pamukkale.
Their shuttle bus picks you from Denizli bus station. Shuttle bus photos is attached herewith. (Please remember this, it will be useful for you.)
On the way coming to Pamukkale my hotel came on the way and I requested the driver to stop. He refused by stating that he did not understand English. I thought its ok and we might have to walk 200-300 meters extra.
After reaching there, some kind of Sales person named SEHAN took all passengers in his office and started offering tours of Pamukkale immediately without asking whether they want or not.
Same happened with me. My wife's health was not good and I told him that I would come back to you by evening. (FYI - this happened at 6:15am) in the morning. He immediately replied that I know kind of person you are. You will go in the market and check prices , nobody comes back after going from here, if you want book it right now etc etc etc !!!!!! Man, are you running a tourist company or ...... ?
Anyways, then he offered me another deal, shuttle bus to airport. I wanted to leave from there. I just booked it over priced (which I came to know afterwards) and left the place.
Now, I booked day tour from my hotel at 80 TRY as compared to the GREAT SEHAN's 100 TRY. Surprise, it is the same bus and same driver who today welcomed us saying Good Morning, Hello, How are you !!!!!!! (He learnt English in one day only !!!!!!)
Next day for the airport shuttle, again same bus, same driver, again knowing little English.
Hence, I request all travelers travelling by Nevsehir Seyahat that once you reach Pamukkale and your luggage is out from the bus, don't listen to this great person SEHAN and leave that place immediately. All hotels are at walk able distance from there.
