We have a lot of organized tours during our travels and Magical Steps is far ahead of all the others. We had the good luck of having Ugur Duman, Owner/Tour Guide, as our guide for the day. Ugur speaks English very well. We were a family of 6 adults including 2 teens and 2 children. Ugur was able to keep the interest of all. His knowledge of Ephesus was not to be believed. We had a case where our grandson had to visit a doctor   and Ugur stayed with us and translated until the end - not many tour guides would be there. When you call the office most likely you will speak with Gonca, the reception manager. Conca is a very pleasant person and stays on top of everything. It was the best tour from the start of organizing it until the end after the Doctors visit.
