Having began serving in the health care sector with the establishment of Engurusag Inc. in 1996, the Private Lokman Hekim Hospitals, nowadays continue to serve with four hospitals equipped with high technological possibilities.

Two in Ankara and the other's located in Van, our hospitals, when considering indicators such as the physical environment, patient and personnel numbers, are among the important health service suppliers in Ankara and Van. In order to manage the process optimally in this unit;

• Health reports arrived are sent to the Consulting Physician as soon as possible and our physician makes an evaluation.

• Our Consulting Physician determines the treatment manner depending on the illness, name of the operation if there is any, gives details of the stay in hospital and provides payment information and other necessary information.

• Patient arrival date is determined in colloboration and airplane tickets and hotel selections (3, 4 and 5 *) are organized and provided if requested.

• Patient and their next of kin are met at the airport.

• Transportation to hotel and/or the hospital are provided with luxurious and comfortable vehicles.

• A host to accompany the patient is assigned to the patient at the Hospital.

• A translator is assigned based on need.

• Following the completion of all diagnoses and treatments at the hospital, patient results and reports are submitted in either Turkish or English, German, Russian and Arabic languages.

When requested the following are provided as well;
• Extra tours around Ankara or other regions.

• Convenience and consultancy in visa procedures.

• Communication with international insurance companies.

"Hastanemiz, Ankara’nın Sincan ilçesinde 17.500 m² kapalı alan üzerinde 8 katlı hastane binası olarak 23.03.2008 tarihi itibariyle sağlık hizmeti sunumuna başlamıştır.1 Ocak 2020 tarihi itibariyle "Lokman Hekim Üniversitesi Ankara Hastanesi" olarak bir Üniversite Hastanesi statüsü ile hizmet vermeye başlayan hastanemizde 6 tam teşekküllü ameliyathane, Hava Ambulansı ile gelecek hastaları kabul etmek üzere bir adet helikopter pisti bulunmaktadır. Hastanemiz bünyesinde 51 yataklı Genel Yoğun Bakım, 6 yataklı Kalp Damar Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi, 4 Yataklı Koroner Yoğun Bakım ve 21 adet Kuvözlü Yeni Doğan Yoğun Bakım Ünitesi olmaz üzere toplam 82 yataklı Yoğun Bakım ünitesi ve 134 hasta yatağı mevcut olup toplam 216 yatak kapasitesine sahiptir."
