Jordan T. addressed my concerns of my order right away and took care of it very professionally.  Great customer service. My first order with this company and great experienced so far. The glass white and gold plate chargers are look great with my gold trim table settings. Absolutely classy and gorgeous! Will be shopping again, the price I found it lower compared with  other companies on line.

I ordered tablecloths from them on January 14. After a week I still had not received an email with tracking information or updates. I tried using the guest order lookup on their website but it wasn't working. With all this I'm still giving them five stars due to the amazing customer service I received. The customer service specialist that I had was Jordan T. She responded quickly and politely. She was able to give my tracking numbers for my packages and they're actually arriving sooner than I had expected. This is the best customer service I have ever received and probably the less stressful thing that I've had to deal with while planning my wedding.

The table linens from Linen Tablecloth are amazing! I have used them for a few of my own personal projects and have always gotten great responses from my clients and others about the quality.

Great service from everyone I have ever dealt with at this company.  Jordan the last time I ordered and this time Tracy and Leyni...All excellent customer service reps who care that you get the product you need in a timely fashion.  Definitely recommend them!
