This is the worst real estate agency that I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I had been searching for a property for several days before coming across one that I was interested  in. A friend and I went with them to view the property and at that time I was pressured into putting down and immediate down payment. I had made a deal with the real estate agent in which I would pay a 10% down payment with final closing to be completed in 3 months. After placing the down payment, the deal was suddenly changed to consisting of an 18% down payment with final closing to be completed in 45 days! Not even 24 hours after making the initial down payment, I discovered that not only was this property completely inaccessible via public transportation, but it was in a very dangerous area, both characteristic which I had inquired about prior to making any commitment to the property and was promptly lied to about by the real estate agency. I immediately returned to the office, still within 24 hours of the original down payment, to inform them that I was no longer interested in that property. At that time I was attacked by 3 of the individuals employed by the agency and left without ever receiving my initial deposit, which was made on entirely false pretenses. These people are snakes and scammers and I pity any one who has to work with them. Please be careful and avoid doing business with them at all costs.

This real estate agency is the worst one that I ever had to deal with for many different reasons.In this agency you make deal with one person and 5 min leather you have another person come in and change everything.Only in this agency they don tell you nothing about property (dangerous area or there is not rod coming up to the property because they have no licence to build there no more).Only in this agency do you have to put 20% down where everywhere else you pay 10% or less.Only here do you get attacked by other employees if they don't agree with what you have to say.But THANK YOU to this agency for opening my eyes and THANK YOU to mister Mustafa Buyukteke for coming in and changing everything otherwise I would buy this property from him and be in much more death then $ 500.
