Delightful hotel spread across the rocks overlooking the town.

We stayed in the town to experience the hot air balloon trips and ended up spending most of our time in the hotel's grounds chilling by the pool and having dinner.

Along with the cave rooms there's also an excellent restaurant and little pool overlooking the town.

Breakfast is fantastic especially early morning when you'll see various hot air balloons in the air.

Absolutely stellar. Most hospitable hotel I've stayed in across the world, hands down. The staff is incredibly helpful and nice, and everyone does everything they can to make your stay as pleasant as possible. They day we arrived, we showed up before check-in time, so they encouraged us to have some breakfast and relax. The free organic breakfast is delicious and features around 20 - 30 different dishes. There is also complimentary tea and coffee 24/7. The staff will help you plan hikes, hot air balloon rides, or other activities to do in the area, and are not pushy at all. They encourage you to take the time to think about what you'd like to do, and only care about whether you have an enjoyable stay in the region. Even after we checked out, they were happy to hold our bags and allowed us to use the facilities and drink tea at our leisure. If I come back to Cappadocia, I'll stay at Kelebek Hotel again!
