The company was founded in 1986 by Hüseyin Göçer and his partners. The founders of KARINCA, who were unsatisfied with the international trade services provided from Turkey, had difficulties in accessing accurate information and who were struggling with the "secrets of cost", founded the company 20 years ago with the purpose of providing services in customs clearance and consultancy for investment and export incentives.
1986 - Company founded
1987 - KARINCA started to provide Air Freight Services
1995 - Investment made for overland transportation and international transport services started
1999 - KARINCA obtained FIATA Membership and re-structuring of sea freight services
2000 - Started to invest in Logistics within Turkey
2003 - Logistics Project investments
2007 - Expansion of VAL services in and outside of Istanbul
2008 - Building of strategic partnership with Kintetsu World Express
2009 - 2009 Establishment of a distribution chain for FMCG
2010 - Start of mine logistic services
KARINCA, founded in 1986, has become a "special services provider" which develops transportation and logistics strategies and serves "on the whole supply chain" for its Turkish as well as international clientele using every available transportation means and supported by information technologies.
