Jacob’s Cave Suites is an exclusive boutique style cave hotel which is located in the central of Göreme National Park in Çavuşin Old Greek Village.

Hikayemiz

Otelimiz, 8 tipik mağara odası 8 taş kemerli odası bulunan eski iki konağın birleşimi ve özgün haline sadık kalınarak yapılan restorasyonu sonucunda hizmete açılmıştır. Bölgenin Rum taş mimarisi özellikle bulunduğumuz Çavuşin eski Rum Köyünde çok baskın bir şekilde görülmektedir. Yanardağların ve doğanın şekil verdiği Kapadokya' da doğal kayaların oyulması ve mağara evlerin kullanımı bölgede 4000 yıl önce Hititler ile başlamış ve günümüze kadar süregelmiştir bunun en önemli nedeni ise mağara evlerin yazın serin, kışın sıcak olmasıdır. Tesisimizin birinci kattaki mağara odalarının tarihi tam olarak bilinmemekle beraber, ikinci kattaki taş ve kemerli odaları Rum mimarisi örneklerinden olup bölgeden çıkartılan tamamen doğal traverten taşlarıyla 1950 li yıllarda eklenmiştir.İkinci katın eklenmesinden sonra mağara odalar erzak deposu, kiler ve mutfak olarak kullanılmıştır. Bu iki konakta 4 hane yaşamış son kuşaklar ise 30 yıl önce Almanya'ya taşınarak konakta yaşamayı bırakmıştır. Bu özellikleri bakımından konak bizim için çok kıymetli ve anlamlıdır.


Jacob’s Cave Suites is an exclusive boutique style cave hotel which is located in the central of Göreme National Park in Çavuşin Old Greek Village. Our hotel was an old house which has very nice architecture. After doing carefully reconstruction we were able to combine the features of the past with the comfort of today with antique handmade carpets, crafts, furnitures, natural fabrics and travertine stones in bathroom.
We welcome our lovely guests with 12 rooms. Each room has their own entrances and sitting areas. 8 cave rooms and 4 stone arched rooms at Jacob’s Cave Suites offer guest a luxurious stay combined with extra features to ensure perfect night’s sleep in the heart of Cappadocia.
Jacob’s Cave Suites equipped with free WI-FI, comfortable beds, central heating, phone line, free park area in the garden, minibar, free safety deposit box, a flat –screen TV with satelite channels, hair dreyer, cotton bath towels and slippers, luxuries toiletries. The private bathrooms include a spa bath, shower and a small Turkish bath for each room.
Hotel has a big garden, our reseption, lobby and restaurant are located in this garden. You can enjoy your organic breakfast or complimentary afternoon tea and homemade cookies with Çavuşin Castle view in our lovely garden or on the terrace.
The location of Jacob’s Cave Suites is soo accessible to historical and natural sites of Cappadocia. It is in a close proximity to John the Baptist Church (200 m), Nichophorus Phocas Church (300 m), Rose and Red Valleys (150 m), Love Valley (2km), Paşabağı or Monk’s Valley (1 km), Zelve Open Air Museum (2 km), Göreme Open Air Museum (3,5 km), Özkonak Underground City (19 km).
