About us:

Soytaç & Alkan Law Firm is based in Nicosia, Northern Cyprus. A newly established firm of highly experienced lawyers providing quality legal services to both foreign and domestic clients.


Partners:

Murat H. Soytaç (B.A. Law)
Murat was born in Australia and grew up in Northern Cyprus. He graduated in 2003 with bachelor degree in Law from Gazi University, Ankara. Murat also studied Banking and Commercial at Ankara University Research Institute for Banking and Commercial Law. Murat completed his practical training in Peyman Erginel Law firm and later worked at Güneş Menteş Law firm for several years.

He has practised in a wide range of Commercial & Banking law and very strong on criminal cases. He is founding partner of Soytaç & Okgül & Alkan Law Firm. Murat is fluent in English and Turkish.

Hasan Alkan (B.A. Law)
Hasan was born and grew up in Northern Cyprus. He graduated in 2006 with bachelor degree in Law from the Near East University, Northern Cyprus. Hasan completed his practical training in Boyra Law Firm and was called to the Nicosia Bar where he is still a registered member.

He is very strong on all aspects of property-related litigation and prerogative writs. He also has appeared in a number of reported cases in Northern Cyprus. He is one of founding partner of Soytaç & Okgül & Alkan Law Firm. Hasan is fluent in English and Turkish.
