Genmar R&D Laboratory is a young, dynamic and innovative genomic laboratory service provider established in İzmir, Turkey. As a leading provider of qPCR Applications, Genmar R&D Laboratory has further extended its services and now provides also micro-array based genomic services. In our 11 fully equipped P1 and P2 safety level sectioned, 350 m2 separately housed laboratory we offer custom designed solutions for our customers coming from academia, state hospitals, institutes and pharma. Our aim is to provide both domestic and international customers prompt and high quality genomic services As a Roche NimbleGen Certified Service Provider (CSP) Program Attendee, we perform microarray-based analysis with high experimental standards and low cost. In early 2011, Genmar Lab would be proud to announce becoming the first Roche NimbleGen Certified Service Provider (CSP) in Turkey- the bridge between Europe and Asia.

Service Portfolio

Genomic services given in Genmar R&D Lab could be stated as DNA services, RNA services and bioinformatics. With our young, dynamic and ambitious team, we are ready to provide you service in microRNA profiling, whole genome expression, transcriptor, protein binding analysis, validation an SNP analysis with quantitative real time PCR and bioinformatic analysis.

Genmar Laboratory in its new state of art laboratory would be soon also giving Next generation sequencing service. With GS-FLX sytem’s high-throughput DNA sequencing , transcriptome sequencing, metagenomic analyses, epigenomic studies and affordable sequencing of whole microbial genomes in a short time would be possible.
