This company charged me £2,600 for installation of 2 cameras, after less than a year they started collecting water. This is what I found upon examination. I am waiting for the company to replace these cameras which are obviously unfit for purpose, if not I will sue them! I recommend do not use this company their charges and quality of work are disgusting!!
So I have priced the cost of equipment supplied by this company and can say they have made 250% profit out of me as a customer...they have acknowledged there is a problem with the installation of the equipment and have agreed to rectify at no cost. This doesn't change my mind about the quality of installation of my equipment which quite obviously is appalling, but having said all of this do you know the one thing this business has failed to do which is another reason I would not recommend them......apologise!!!
This review concerns Fistik Computer & Electronics not Fistik Copy Centre. If Fistik Copy Centre is part of the same company they should be aware of the ethos of their partners. I have no evidence that Fistik Copy Centre provides other than the services they advertise and to a satisfactory standard, unlike Fistik Computer & Electronics.
