Good price/quality ratio. It is at walking distance to the centrum of Nicosia. Quite and well services close to the hotel

Very nice owner, very helpful, fair prices, and very clean. So yeah all in all very good. It is VERY important to tell them your arrival time though. Its not hard as they will probably ask you themselves. :) Oh and lots of good places nearby 😀

HI, im currently staying at the Elysium Capital Residence, 10 Samos st Nicosia,its a really nice place to stay, very clean and tidy, very charming indeed,Eleni the owner/manager is a lovely friendly lady always on site and ready to address any problems that may occur,and to make sure your stay is a pleasant one.highly recommended.

The girl was nice once she arrived, but there was nobody at the hotel when we arrived / no reception to speak of. It was about the cheapest place tos tay around which is why we stayed, but it could have been a lot better. I've been to much better places around Cyprus, such as in Paphos.

DO NOT GO THAT PLACE. WE HAD A RESERVATION AND WHEN WE ARRIVED THERE WAS NOBODY THERE, WE WERE AT THE STREET AT NIGHT AND THE FOLLOWING DAY WE WENT AT 12.15PM AND ALSO NOBODY THERE. WORSE PLACE EVER, AND AFTER THAT THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY 117 € BECAUSE I DID NOT CANCEL MY RESERVATION
