"Eugénie Istanbul is located under Papadopoulos apartment at Lüleci Hendek, one of the Galata streets rich in history.Our place takes inspiration from the visit of III. Napoleon’s wife, French Empress Eugénie, to Sultan Abdulaziz at Beylerbeyi Palace.Our menu has its origins in the royal dinner hosted by Sultan Abdulaziz in honor of Eugénie at Beylerbeyi Palace. Our chefs reinterpret the dishes such as Hünkar Beğendi, Circassian Chicken, and Bread Kadayıf served at this feast.While preparing all the products on our menu, we carefully select our ingredients from local producers, and we supply our sourdough bread and desserts from Urban Bread @urban_bread."
