It is situated in a tranquil part of the picturesque Maraş area of Dalyan, nestled on a small Peninsula that juts out into the Dalyan River. From the villa balcony you have great views of the famous Lycian rock tombs and the Kaunos acropolis, beyond which lies the ancient Roman town. The centre of Dalyan is a short walk away and from there you can take a river boat to various locations including Iztuzu beach, which is home to the famous Loggerhead turtles.
