I ordered an LDAD class car online. The guy handing over the car provided me with an FDAD. He then tried to BS me, telling me "you wanted an automatic gear Diesel car, didn't you?". He then called his manager who also feigned ignorance of the product. I had to show them their own website to prove they gave me another car class than the one I ordered. The guy went on with his sorry excuses about ongoing repairs, etc. etc.
There was also no OGS toll device in the car (paid for), and also no HGS toll sticker. I'm not sure how this is supposed to work out on Turkish highways, without either of these two systems installed.
Also, they provided a car with an empty fuel tank car (range: 20 km / 12 miles) - I was very disappointed by that, as I will probably return the car with more fuel than provided. This practice just seems dishonest.
At no stage did any of the three employees excuse themselves.
Online, I was able to calculate the price difference of 170 TRY on their website (FDAD to LDAD), and the refund will be 80 TRY instead, as I was told on the phone. They might be right but they also might be wrong - the lady on the phone refused to advance any specific information herself, it felt like I was talking to a wall in terms of understanding the calculation.
So overall - disappointed, didn't like it at all.

They are not honest. if rented from them, watch out for the damage already had on the car, they will cheat.
Also they change their contract and don't respect that for example fuel is says full to full but they ask you empty to empty e surely it will be difficult and will remain fuel.
