• Research stage: starts when one day you decided to search on Google or social media for a property in Istanbul and then you found us and sent us your contact details. Our office consultants will provide you with full details about any property you inquire about or suggest you a suitable property matching your needs.

• Property viewing tour: after you do all the research and deicide to come and check the real thing, our office consultant will set an appointment for you with one of our field consultants. Our field consultant will pick you up from your hotel to go visit the projects and will advise you about the pros and cons about each project.

• Buying stage: You did the tour with our field consultant and you fell in love with one of the projects. Our field consultant will bargain to get you the best deal and he will make sure all the contracts and legal papers are correct and valid.

• The infinite stage: once you buy with us it means our relationship has just started, our follow up consultants will make sure your payments are well received by the developer, insure you receive the bonds, insure you receive your title deed once it’s due and will be with you with all the boring process of connecting water, gas, electricity and internet.
