Our office, located close to Yalikavak Marina, is a place where people drop in for a chat and is headed up by Darren Edwards.

Darren is a British national who is proud of his dual nationality and Turkish citizenship. With over 12 successful years and experience of running and operating in the Turkish real estate market, Darren’s knowledge and expertise is invaluable to clients wishing to invest in the area property sales is a passion for Darren which is evidenced by his enthusiastic approach to finding the right property for each client. Darren’s views on the Turkish property market have been regularly quoted in international magazine and newspaper features.

Guzide is our Jack of all trades’, doing ‘a bit of everything’, including sourcing interesting properties, negotiating with local government departments and mixing with Turkey’s elite and we call her our ‘walking, talking encyclopaedia’!

Last but by no means least, Deniz. Deniz provides admin support to the team and has a keen eye for detail. She maintains records, accurate data and stores information as well as supporting clients once they secure their new property. Deniz maintains close relationships with all our clients and adds life to our office!

UK Office
Annie and Ian Burnett are Darren’s UK based business partners and long standing friends. They met Darren whilst on a property viewing inspection trip in 2005 before they moved to Turkey in 2006.
As a husband and wife team, they work closely together!
Annie takes care of managing all sales inquiries and maintains our portfolio of properties for sale on the BPT website and other marketing portals. Ian provides marketing and operational support to the business. They have first-hand experience of buying and selling in Turkey as ‘foreigners’ and lived in the Yalikavak area full time themselves for several years, they know the Bodrum area well.
2016 is the 11th anniversary of their successful villa rental business www.peninsulavillacare.com which they set up in Yalikavak during their time in Bodrum. For clients investing in property with a view to generating rental income, this complementary business provides a unique capability to secure that type of income.
