Not even worth 1 star. I went in to take an appointment for a pedicure. They told me that they could take me right away. I was sat in a chair with a bucket at my feet for almost 20 minutes, until the water was cold and my feet were wrinkled. I took my feet out, but it was a big problem when some water dripped on the floor. I was yelled at not to take my feet out and to put them back in. Given the general culture of terrible kuafors, I was at this one after another one ripped out my friends cuticles and did a manicure in such a way that made me have anxiety, and another one tried unsuccessfully to use nail clippers to cut my cuticles and didnt know the difference of each. So I sat and hoped for this best here at Biricik. I just cant say the word terrible enough. When she asked for my foot, I was nearly doing a heal stand, as the foot rest she put out was too high. And at this point the water dripped again and the woman was a total jerk about it. The pedicure was as bad as a child doing it. She dragged the cuticle scissors over my nails, specifically on the small toe, causing the nail to become rugged. She cut the toe nails down too far and then couldnt file, but tried, and then filed back and forth in a way that left my nails peeling. Then she tried to put clear nail polish over left over WHİTE nail polish. She ruined my nails. After a few days my nails turned yellow/brown color. These are photos from 2.5 days after the pedicure. I was left with peeling, dirty nails. I had to micromanage just to get her to take the nail cleaner under my nail, remove the old nail polish, etc. She also insisted my left foot stay in the water AFTER both had been forced to soak for over 20minutes, and by this time it was wrinkled. She didnt even take a towel to my feet. So by the time she sanded the bottom of the left one, she was peeling away skin, not softening the skin. THe bottom of my left foot is raw, burning. Uncomfortable. Feels like little cuts on the bottom. Unforgiveable and they need their license taken away. Not suitable at all to be operating EVER like this. I dont have nice feet, but I always keep my toenails healthy. I look like I have neglected the healthcacre of my feeth for months in these photos, but this is a result of how horrendous the service was at this salon. Oh and dare I forget to mention, I clearly spoke in Turkish from the moment I walked into the salon, yet the woman working on me talked about me to other staff, and, instead of getting my attention and asking me to , for example, lift my foot, she sat and waited. Really like she needs a new job, because she doesnt care about this one.
