Who are we? Let me tell you a little bit about us….
In addition to our expert arbitration and negotiation staff, our Co-founder and English Seminar Training Expert Jeanne Turco Dilekoglu is here to assist you in any way possible.

Jeanne Turco Dilekoglu, who is a native American English professional, is an expert in education with several degrees under her belt in English, Education, and Business as well as having obtained a certified license in real estate and insurance. She has taught English at some of the top universities in America as well as Istanbul. Her areas of expertise are TOEFL, IELTS, university prep exams, and SATs. Also, writing has been her passion for years, and she has written several books, plays, and academic works. As the writer of TOEFL Tricks and Tools, she knows very well the insights that are needed in order to do well on all English exams to help people improve their lives. Having been taught and trained by The College Board and Pearson as a writing scorer for SAT exams has helped her students in their success tremendously. Writing is one of her fortes. She has taught thousands of people to learn how to get their thoughts down on paper and be able to find their voice as writers and free thinkers around the world. She has taught writing at California State University of Northridge, California State University of Los Angeles, College of the Canyons, Antelope Valley College, and more….She won the “Service to the College Award” from College of the Canyons in which only one of these awards was ever given in the history of the college for her work with the students in English writing, ESL, Acquired Brain Injury Students, and Special Education students. She is also fluent in American Sign Language.

In the ESL field, one semester, 150 students passed their English university prep exams. Out of those 150 students, 24 of them were Jeanne’s students, and they passed their exams six months before the expected time. More than half her students graduated ahead of schedule. They went from per-intermediate to advanced English in four months time, which is record time. Not only that but also, the majority of her TOEFL students passed their exams with 90 and above on the average. Her teaching methods are proven, and she is admired as well as respected in her field. In addition, she works very closely with some of the most incredibly talented instructors she has found from the world over. She has searched for professional instructors and trained them to help meet your university, college, or school needs. Each member of our staff has been professionally trained by Jeanne to serve you.

In addition to her educational expertise, her talents were very quickly seen by her employer when she was very young. Because Jeanne knows how to talk to people, she was promoted within a month from customer service rep to customer service trainer. Immediately thereafter, her employer saw her talents in sales, and she was quickly promoted to sales training manager. Suddenly, there was a need for her in all areas of the business, and she quickly became the assistant operational manager in one of the top cellular phone companies in Los Angeles, California, within months of starting. While she was there, their company won The Best Customer Service Award three years in a row in Los Angeles. Not only that, but she was the number one sales consultant while training staff and crew for all areas of the business at the same time. This has given her an advantage in helping companies all over the world become number one in their fields. She’s taught sales training seminars, customer service seminars, and business management seminars. Our other Co-founder and CEO Adem Dilekoglu is here to help you also….
Adem Dilekoglu has travelled the world and has been to more than 100 different countries with 25 years of experience on the sea. As a seafarer and manager of crews from all over the world on both land and sea, he has been in management in land development deals, as well as a commander on the high seas. Being a worldly man, he is more than capable of assisting you and your business in all your needs. He speaks Turkish, English, and French fluently and has incredible negotiation skills in business, management, and human resources. This makes business a breeze when dealing internationally. He’s done arbitration and negotiations for years on the land as well as on the sea, and people are always happy with his charismatic attitude, expert negotiation skills, and amazing people skills. He is fantastic at trouble shooting, human resources, business management, and project land development. He can help you do it all and more….

When he is there, both sides of the table are at ease when he is in charge, and he knows exactly what to do in any situation. He is trustworthy, truthful, direct, and straightforward.
