The first medical facility of Acıbadem A class Healthcare Servisces chain was established in 1991 in a district of the same name in Istanbul. Today Acıbadem Healthcare Group is comprised of 22 hospitals and 19 medical centers with nearly 22 000 employees, and is the leader in healthcare services in Turkey and the region.
Acıbadem’s story of growth and development continues on the global stage since in 2012,the group entered into a partnership with IHH Healthcare Berhad, one of the largest groups in the Far East, and became part of the second largest healthcare chain in the world by market capitalization.
