Founded in 2009,Abbay Tradings, is the regional pioneer in offering high quality food and beverage products, marketing expertise and technical services across the manufacturing, retail and hospitality industries. Headquartered in Turkey with offices and warehousing facilities in the European Union . We service the dynamic markets of the Middle East, Europe, Africa and Asia.

Abbay Tradings is ISO certified and maintains a competitive edge in the market through competitively priced products, food technologists, technical expertise, procurement experts, efficient logistics and marketing personnel that keep a watchful eye on global trends within the food and beverage industry.

Today, in the juice sector alone, there are over 100 successful products currently on the shelves where Abbay Tradings has contributed to their development and launch since 2009. Abbay Tradings also carved a niche for itself in the sector of FMCG marketing, food commodities and the Food Service industry. We are proud partners with brands like Safcol seafood, Koka noodles, Blue Diamond Almonds, Almondco of South Australia, Chef Works, Mighty Leaf tea and several other prominent companies.

With the advent of the Internet in the 90s there was the question about the ongoing viability of our business model. I recall giving a speech at an industry forum in Europe on this subject where I spoke about the importance of value addition, cultural knowledge, personal interaction and relationships in our business. I believed that our role would sustain despite the Internet making the world a smaller place.

Most people present were not convinced but fortunately time has proved me right and the Abbay Tradings employees who have worked with us over the years played a vital role in the realization of that vision. We are a people’s company where our most valuable assets walk in early in the morning and sometimes leave late at night and it is their dedication and spirit that has brought Abbay Tradings Group to where it is today. I humbly thank each and every one of them.

After spending years in the food industry, I am proud to have participated in the growth and evolution that we have seen in this region. The local Governments have been extremely supportive of the industry and I laud their vision and foresight. I firmly believe that our region will continue its forward progression in the food industry and Abbay Tradings must continue to play a key role in that process and raise the standards globally.We have build partnerships with specialized and certified Producers and Factories. This means that our customers can rely on products that meet legal and customer-specific requirements , next to quality and hygiene, as well as processing and packing formats.
