Transest is a fraud company Transest will charge you double and try to take as much money from you Transest will not pick you up from airport after they agree they will and then once they have your money will leave you to work everything out yourself Transest will have the operation not in hospital but in a flat - How amazing does that sound but yes its a flat. Transest you will never meet one doctor- Me and my friend never met one Transest gives you no aftercare advice except sell you shampoo- if you don't buy they rush you out. We had to look online as what to do we were so lost. Transest does not give you honest time frames as when you expect to lose your hair and when back. They basically lied to us both. Transest all the grafts the places have 80 percent fallen out and now I am back at beginning except thousands pounds gone. Do not trust this place... Transest is a fraud. I rang them and agreed a price. When I got to airport no one was there to pick me. The next day I was bullied into handing money over. Aytec he is not a nice person took my money then said I have to come back in 6 months for second treatment and pay again so he quoted 1590 and now it had gone you to 3200. I was shocked and upset. when the operation finished they dropped me off at hotel with no advice. I NEVER SAW A DOCTOR ONCE. The staff would use there mobile phones and then without cleaning hands start working on my head. Keep in mind they are doing the operation in a flat they have turned into a clinic. So all the dirt in hallways is very high cause families live there. You should never have an operation in a flat as we all know . I was alone and scared and felt very scared of aytecs behaviour. As soon as I arrived back into the uk day 4 surgery my grafts started to fall out . This was defo grafts as I was bleeding every time I touched my hair and the grafts would fall out I already had hair just needed a touch up but even the old hair is damaged. I was told depending on how careful they were someone old hair may grow back but they were so fast and 2 people working on me was more rushed. I spoke to AYTEC he is the main guy you deal with from start to finish.and mentioned I will be writing a review. He swore at me called me gay and said every swear under the sun to me. He even sent me an email saying that his boss would get me at my house. This man aytec has no boundaries for the law. For someone to email you and say you will be attacked at your home just goes to show there level of confidence . Also then to email me and say acid is good for skin bleaching trying to hint he will throw acid in my face. PLS EVERONE KEEP AWAY FROM TRANSEST ISTANBUL IF I HAD KNOWN ME AND MY FRIEND WOULD BOTH HAVE NEVER USED TRANSEST MY HAIR IS DAMAGED AND HIS HAIR GRAFTS HAVE FALLEN OUT SO WE NOW ARE HAVING TO THINK ABOUT WIGS THEY RUINED MY LIFE DONT LET THEM DO THE SAME TO YOU...

Avoid TRANSEST. This place is a farce. The cost is more than DOUBLE from what they tell you! They promise you that the procedure will cost you 1590 €. With free room (for 2 days only) and transportation to and from the airport. What they don’t tell you is that you have to come back for another session in 6 months for another 1390 €. If you bring a companion, for the 2 trips (from USA) that you are required to make, the cost of clinic fees, flights, hotel, transportation and living expenses, you are looking at almost $10,000. The coordinator named Aytac (pronounced I-Touch) is simply interested in your money - nothing else! So he starts by collecting the 1590 € in cash, or roughly $1,800. By the time you are finished, they charge you additional 250 €, or about $280. Then he charges you for 2 room nights if you have a companion, 80 €, about $90. So at the clinic, they tell you that they will only transplant part of your head. They never tell you that before you leave your country. And that you have to come back for another procedure in 6 months, for another 1390 €, and of course another flight and expenses. I checked with ALL other patients I met and they all said they were told the same. No one gets a complete transplant in one session. Everyone was disappointed. The procedure is unnecessarily painful for the first 15 minutes. They could use more advanced methods of numbing the sensitive head area, but they poke you almost 100 times with injections of anesthesia. The method is horrendous. There were no introductions of who the techs are. I never even met the “doctor” if they ever had one.The technicians are simply zombies poking away at you without asking if you feel okay or not. If you ask them anything, they have learnt one line: “don’t understand”. By the time they are done with you, it’s 9 hours on the table. After the procedure at the clinic, you come back the next day to take off the bandage and then you are on your own! I had to find a cab back to the airport, since their driver never showed up I almost missed my flight waiting for him - he never even called even after confirming the night before. After reaching back home in the USA, I tried to contact Aytac, but he never answers your calls or texts. He is done with you! There are other places in Istanbul that offer similar transplant services that might be better. You might want to check first. You can google others but make sure you read reviews and…..AVOID TRANSEST !

It was dedicated long surgery. Every body who sees me says that they did good job. Reasonable price. Special thanks to Mr. Aytac. Just waiting for the full results in a few months.

I had a transplant about a month ago, so have yet to see the results. Yet am hopeful, judging purely by the professionalism of the staff and the look of the grafts once placed. Aytac was incredibly friendly and helpful, will give further updates in the future. Definitely recommend Transest.
